Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific are processed the next business day.
Shipping rates
- Orders $120 and over: free standard shipping
- Orders under $120: $8.00 flat rate
- Express shipping: $15.00
Delivery times
Standard delivery is typically 3–7 business days after processing. Express is faster where available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weather, holidays or carrier delays.
Where we ship
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping partners
Orders ship directly from our supplier's US distribution centers. Carrier is assigned based on destination.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Address accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address before completing your order. We're not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or damaged packages
Contact info@bessclothingaround.com within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and photos, and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
